Things To Do In Cocoa Beach!

Updated: Mar 10

As photographers in Cocoa Beach, we get to experien

ce all there is to experience in this fun area. Ron Jon Surf Shop is a fun store to see a lot of what makes Cocoa beach so popular. The beach side area is covered with restaurants and fun shops. Walking around you get a fun beach feel with poke shops, tacos, shave ice and fun bars. One of our favorite spots is Coconuts on the Beach. Great inexpensive menu, live music and directly on the beach. We also enjoy eating right on the deck of the pier watching the surfers. Don't leave without trying surfing. As Cocoa Beach photographers we surf every chance we get! It's not as hard as it looks. Go to Ron Jons or Cocoa beach surf company and rent a large 9ft foam board. Take the board to the pier area and look for smaller waves on the outside from where everyone is catching waves. Watch what the other surfers do. Lay on the board on your stomach facing the beach. When a wave comes paddle and then when you feel the wave pushing you stand up. It might take a few tries, but when you get it you will understand why millions for people are addicted.

Walk the miles of fine sand secured at Cocoa Beach Shoreline and surf the slamming waves. Their are lifeguards on duty observing over you when your in the water. Too, you'll be able paddle kayaks in and around the mangrove islands and indulge in the Banana Waterway with a dolphin visit or a nightfall journey. The Cocoa beach pier is a blast with a run of feasting alternatives and shopping openings. Lease a bicycle and cycle around town to discover even more neighborhood pearls.

Lori Wilson beach features a nature path that's beautiful and cool. It's great because you're right along the shoreline, but you feeling like you're in a wilderness. Attempt the dawn coffee shop on 520.

Spend some time on the streams.
